UA-30 Double Acting Piston Cylinder

UA-30 Series of actuator is a High thrust, rugged design Piston cylinder actuator which can meet critical applications in Industry. The components are heavily guided and provides excellent dynamic control. Stable piston and seal arrangement guarantees long lasting and leak free operation. Actuator thrust to height is optimized to provide stable valve actuator assembly. These actuators are very easy to maintain and provides Long life cycle of operation. A wide range of bore diameter starting from 75mm upto 700mm is available. Double Acting, Single Acting (Direct), Single Acting (Reverse) options are available.

Manual operation:

Hand wheel design provides the desired thrust at actuator stem with minimum hand wheel rim load.

- Worm and wheel mechanism for medium to high thrust

- Ball screw system with worm and wheel for very high thrust

Pressure ratings:
Cylinders are designed for 10 bar pressures.

Metallurgy:

Cylinder: seamless, honed and hard chrome plated steel.

Actuator stem: ground finish and hard chrome plated

Seals: ‘O’ ring- Buna ‘N’ / ‘Viton’

Anti-wear ring: Graphited PTFE
